In this online class, we explore in depth the Ayurvedic approach to all phases of pregnancy. This is a practitioner level course that introduces both dietary and lifestyle recommendations for supporting the healthiest pregnancy possible and other therapies that may be used for symptomatic relief, including herbal and body therapies
Chelynn Tetreault and I have been working on the content and will be publishing it as a book 2019. Registration for this course will include an e-book publication of our book on Ayurvedic Care during Pregnancy, in addition to class attendance and notes.
